Using the website
The website is designed to support keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, visible focus and your browser’s text-size and zoom controls. Light, Dark and System appearance preferences are intended to help you choose a comfortable reading experience.
Where an interface includes motion, reduced-motion preferences should be respected. Color should support meaning alongside text rather than being the only way information is communicated.

Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. A redacted screenshot or description of an alternative format that would help can make the issue easier to understand. Do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive financial records.
